A bit about me:
I have always played games throughout my life but was more of a casual player before Destiny released. For the most part I mostly gravitate towards and enjoy first person shooters however, I also have fun playing many other games.
Destiny was the 1st online game I really got into, part of that was because it was the first online multiplayer game I played (before Destiny if I played with someone else it was split screen and not online). Meeting new people from all over the world and playing games with others is such a fun experience. I am pretty sure most would agree that Destiny has an amazing and inspiring community. Because of that it is one of the main reasons I am trying to open myself up to new experiences such as streaming, creating my 1st gaming blog (mostly for Destiny Reset info), and I would love to do even more such as YouTube videos and make a gaming website. For now I plan to start focusing on streaming starting this Summer!
Currently, I post a few times a week, mostly about Destiny’s weekly reset activities and news to my blog, Kyber’s Corner on WordPress. You can also find my most recent posts via Twitter, Google+, and Player.me (Twitter and Kyber’s Corner is the best places to follow me). I will also be streaming via Twitch @Kyber3000 starting regularly this summer, around the time Destiny 2 Beta releases. You can follow me on Twitch and Twitter (links below) and choose the option to be notified so you will know when I go live. I appreciate all of you that have shown me support, your encouragement and feedback motivates me to do even more and makes me so happy knowing others appreciate and enjoy the content I make. My goal is to provide content you want to see and have fun gaming, so feel free to message me anytime with feedback and/or suggestions.
Q: How did you come up with your Gamertag?
A: When it came to getting an Xbox gamertag, I had a hard time deciding and most were taken that I wanted originally so I eventually came up with Kyber with some help from Zed. Kyber is a character in one my boyfriends favorite books and is also the name of the of the crystals in Star Wars used to construct light sabers, which I thought was pretty cool. (Unfortunately Kyber without 3000 was somehow taken so that’s where to 3000 comes in, it doesn’t really have any significant meaning) The name of my current blog will change at some point and I will also be making a gaming group/clan mainly for Destiny.
Current Favorite Game:
… and soon DESTINY 2!
I also hope I will also love Anthem and enjoy playing it when it releases.
Looking Forward to Playing:
Star Wars Battlefront 2, Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds, Metro Exodus, and Anthem.
Main Games: Destiny and Mass Effect Andromeda.
Games I have and play sometimes: The Division, Dishonored 2, Watch Dogs 2, Fallout 4, Star Wars Battlefront, and Overwatch (I have OW but don’t play, for some reason I felt this game was not for me, one reason being it seemed to animated)

STREAM SCHEDULE // UPDATES
Next Stream Update: I will be streaming the Destiny 2 Beta when it releases on Xbox One on July 19th – July 23rd. After the D2 Beta ends, I will continue streaming (at least a couple times a week) until the full version of Destiny 2 releases in September, once D2 and other games are released I plan to stream more often/full time! 🙂
May 2017 Update: Life has been a factor in why I haven’t been able to stream like I have wanted to. However, I am excited to say I will be focusing on streaming starting this summer. Until I get a new PC and streaming equipment, I will be streaming through my Xbox One (down the road I will be getting a PC, cam, and streaming equipment). Schedule coming soon!
